This set comes with instructions, the ruler foot, an adjustment guide, 'stable tape' and a great template with a curve on one side and a straight side. The 12" arc/straight template is a ruler work quilter's friend. This circle-based template from Westalee features a convex curve based upon the curve of a 12 inch diameter circle and a straight edge on the other side. Length of straight edge is 6-7/8 inches long. Easy to see etched markings run along either side at 1/4 inch spacings. Several half inch and inch etched lines run across the template for additional help in placement. The thickness of the template is matched to the foot shank type.

The adjustments guide is an aid to help set the height of the foot for most projects. The foot may need to be set lower or higher depending on the project thickness and the presser foot pressure setting.

The stable tape is an aid to reduce ruler slip and helps grip your quilt top. Just cut into smaller lengths and peel the  adhesive backing to stick onto your rulers. Amy recommends not applying as a long single strip as this may cause the ruler to rock from side to side.
